Founded in 2003, the Millard Business Association (MBA) was started by a small group of business owners who recognized the possibilities for networking and community development that existed in the Millard area for companies and their employees. Over the past few years, membership has expanded to over 400 active members and continues to grow.
MBA membership is only $85 dollars per year! This makes it affordable for any size company to belong to our growing organization. The MBA provides members with monthly opportunities to network, learn, and make connections to help their business succeed.
As an organization, we strive to continually improve and connect the business community and members to each other while sharing knowledge and expertise that will benefit the entire community. Come join us!

6th Annual Scholarship Scramble
The 6th Annual MBA Scholarship Scramble will be held on Friday, July 24h, 2009, 1:00 PM at Pacific Springs Golf Course located at 16810 Harney Street. The Tournament Sponsor is Centris Federal Credit Union. The scramble is a chance to help Millard area students with college expenses. Proceeds are donated to the MBA Scholarship fund which provides four $1000 scholarships to high school seniors each year.
The Millard Business Association awards their scholarships to a deserving senior from each of the following Millard High Schools: Millard North, Millard South, Skutt Catholic and Millard West. Over the past 5 years, the MBA has provided $20,000 in scholarships that helps our community grow and prosper. Many of our past winners have now graduated from college and are now contributing back to the Millard area themselves. Our 2008 Scholarship Winners were: Jacob Pfeifer from Millard North, Tayler Jackson from Millard South, Caitlin Harding from Millard West and Megan Schweitzer from Skutt Catholic.
You’ll want to be part of this fun and rewarding networking opportunity. Become a sponsor, get a foursome rounded up, or sign up on your own but don’t miss one of the most enjoyable days of the business year! We are always looking for pin prizes and raffle prizes too, so get your company or organization the publicity it deserves during this exciting event.
