Millard Business Association Logo Use Permissions and Guidelines
•Use of the Millard Business Association (MBA) logo shall be only with prior written permission (e-mail or hard copy) from the MBA.
•Use of the MBA logo will only be approved for use by MBA members, MBA committees and/or events, and occasionally for use by community organizations as approved by the MBA.
•The MBA may withhold approval at its sole discretion. The MBA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify permission to display the MBA logo at any time.
•The MBA logo must be used only for the purpose requested; additional uses require separate permissions.
•The MBA logo may not be used in any manner that expresses or might imply the MBAs endorsement, certification or approval of any product or service.
•The MBA logo must be the official logo provided by the MBA and the user may not alter the MBA logo in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements; or animate, morph or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance.
•The official dimensions of the logo are 3” x 5”.
•The MBA logo may be resized to accommodate a specific use, but the text that reads “Millard Business Association” must remain legible. The MBA reserves the right to require that an instance of its logo be re-sized if, in its opinion, the association name is difficult or impossible to read.
•The MBA logo may not be altered in order to incorporate any other object, including, but not limited to other logos, icons, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, symbols, audio files or video files.
•The MBA logo should shall use the following PMS colors: Green (336C), Blue (2935C), and Red (186C).
•To preserve the integrity of the MBA logo, all reproduction must be made from a high-resolution file provided by the MBA.
•The MBA logo graphic, when used in a Web or other Internet application, must be linked to http://www.millardbusinessassociation.com .

About the Millard Business Association emblem: The rising sun represents an association that is rising into greatness. The colors (red, blue, and green) represent the major schools within the area – Millard West, Millard North, Millard South, and Skutt Catholic.
