About the MBA
The MBA focuses on four core objectives: promoting, preserving, and enhancing Millard-area commerce; fostering active business-to-business networking among members; providing business-specific educational opportunities; and offering benevolent community programs.
Uniting Community and Commerce
At the heart of the MBA is a sense of family among our members. We understand the unique challenges and triumphs of running a business, and we’re here to support each other through it all. From forging connections to weathering crises and celebrating successes, the MBA is all about people, business, and community.
MBA History
In 2003, a small group of business owners and associates from the Millard area founded the MBA. They identified a gap in effective business networking and community development, prompting them to create the organization to meet these needs.
The Millard Business Community Foundation (MBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that originated from the MBA. Their Academic Scholarships program and Project Wee Care highlight the need for the MBCF and MBA to work closely in support of young adults and families in our community. It’s easy to get involved in these programs—just visit the MBCF website or send us an email.
